To
our furry friends and the people they own. All four
legged friends must have their owners under the control
at all times. They must be attached to a leash or holding
a carrier and all of your vaccines must be current.
Drop offs
We ask that all of our furry friends be dropped off
in the morning between the hours of 9-10 a.m. and picked
up between 4-5 p.m.. This ensures that your spa day
will be as stress free and safe as possible.
If you need to leave us fast, we offer expressed grooming
on a limited basis for a fee of $20.00 above the regular
grooming charge. Late Pick-ups Pick-ups after closing
will be charged $10.00 dollars for every twenty minutes
or a boarding fee of $25.00 to be determined by Annie.
Walk-Ins
To ensure that all our furry friends get the pampering
that they deserve, on your owners schedule, we always
recommend making your next reservation before leaving.
We will do our best to accommodate last minute scheduling
changes but space is not guaranteed. You’re owners
are busy, we understand, but if we are holding a reservation
for you and your owner doesn’t call to let us
know you can’t make it, we have to charge a fee
of 50% of the normal grooming fee. This will be added
to the next grooming.
Parasites
If you are itching and scratching and parasites are
found we must treat you for them at your owners’
expense. Sorry!! Frontline works the best for treatment
and prevention. You can have your owner pick it up here
or at your vet and apply 2 days before a grooming or
2 days after. Checks
We will gladly accept your owners checks in good faith.
If by chance that a check is returned there will be
a $25.00 service fee. All checks must be dated for the
day services were provided. |
